UNAPOLOGETIC U is an embodied learning, practice, and belonging community for women & queers who are ready to stop abandoning themselves in order to belong.
It was born from the #1 Death Bed Regret: "I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me." That is the very heart of why I do the sacred work that I do.
Through shadow work, nervous system healing, ecstatic embodiment, archetypal exploration, ritual, movement, sacred dialogue, and deep emotional truth-telling, participants are guided through the 13 Pillars of the Sacred Art of Sparkling SHAMELESSLY & the 7 Stage Spiral of Wild Becoming — a journey of remembering who they are beneath conditioning, shame, perfectionism, patriarchy, people-pleasing, and performance-based worth.
This is not about becoming a “better” version of yourself.
It is about reclaiming the parts of yourself that were exiled in order to survive.
UNAPOLOGETIC U invites women & queers into a deeper relationship with their bodies, instincts, emotions, eros, voice, truth, and sacred humanity so they can live, lead, love, create, and take up space from a place of embodied sovereignty rather than self-abandonment.
At its core, UNAPOLOGETIC U is a return: to the body as oracle, to the soul as guide, and to the radical remembering that you were never meant to earn your worth through shrinking, silencing, or betraying yourself.
